Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@useprimelab.com and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
